SitSee Travel LLC creates its itineraries through a deliberate combination of human direction and AI-assisted research. A SitSee team member sets the plan, the standards, and the final decisions, while AI research tools gather and cross-check the details, with every venue verified against multiple independent sources, the official venue and accessibility pages, recognized accessibility databases, current ratings, and recent first-hand reviews. A person reviews and signs off on every itinerary before it is published. Our recommendations are based on this combined research, and no SitSee Travel LLC staff member has personally taken any specific itinerary or visited every venue in person. Because travel conditions, accessibility features, hours, and prices change, you are responsible for verifying the details that matter to you, especially accessibility, directly with each venue, hotel, tour operator, and other provider before you book or travel.

We cannot guarantee that any information will remain accurate at the time of your travel. You are responsible for verifying all details directly with airlines, hotels, tour operators, venues, and service providers before making any travel decisions or purchases.

All content is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

4. No Control Over External Factors

SitSee Travel LLC™ has no control over and is not liable for outcomes resulting from:

· Public health issues, pandemics, or travel advisories

· Third-party service providers, vendors, or contractors

5. Driving and Navigation

SitSee Travel LLC™ may suggest optional scenic drives or rental cars for convenience. Any such suggestion is optional and provided for convenience only. You are solely responsible for safe, legal driving; for obtaining a valid license, insurance, and a suitable vehicle; and for obeying all traffic laws and conditions. Do not follow GPS or navigation app directions blindly. Roads, closures, and conditions change; if a route, area, or stop looks unsafe or conditions have changed, use your own best judgment, do not proceed, and choose a safe alternative. SitSee Travel LLC™ is not responsible for any accident, injury, citation, toll, damage, or loss arising from driving or navigation.

6. Mobility, Accessibility, and Health Considerations

SitSee Travel LLC™ itineraries are designed to reduce the physical demands of travel. Our slogan "Vacation. Not Bootcamp." reflects our commitment to thoughtful pacing and lower step counts, but it is not a guarantee or medical recommendation.

Actual conditions may differ and may change without notice.

Not Bootcamp." slogan, and the SitSee Travel LLC™ name and mark — is the property of SitSee Travel LLC™ and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

When you purchase a SitSee Travel LLC™ product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for your own personal travel planning. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly post, sublicense, or create derivative works from any SitSee Travel LLC™ content without our prior written permission.

12. All Sales Final — No Refunds or Exchanges

All SitSee Travel LLC™ products are digital products sold and delivered through our third-party storefront, Payhip, with card payments processed by Stripe. Products are delivered immediately upon purchase. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, credits, or returns for any reason, including but not limited to: trip cancellation, change of plans, dissatisfaction with content, travel disruptions, or any third-party experience referenced in an itinerary.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Custom Itinerary Revisions

Every SitSee Travel LLC™ custom itinerary includes one complimentary revision round so you can fine-tune the plan after you see it. Request your revision within 14 days of the date your itinerary is delivered by emailing info@sitseetravel.com with your order number. A revision covers adjustments within the trip you ordered, meaning the same destination, travel dates, party, and budget, for example swapping a restaurant or attraction, easing the daily pace, or adjusting for a venue that has closed.

Changing your destination, trip length, travel dates, or who is traveling is a new custom build rather than a revision, and is priced as a new order. The complimentary revision round is provided in place of a refund; as stated above, all sales are final and SitSee Travel LLC™ does not offer refunds.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SitSee Travel LLC™ and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of this website, our products, or any travel undertaken in connection with our content. This includes, without limitation, damages for personal injury, property damage, lost profits, lost data, lost wages, lost vacation costs, or emotional distress.

In no event shall SitSee Travel LLC™'s total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to a SitSee Travel LLC™ product or service exceed the greater of (a) the amount you actually paid to SitSee Travel LLC™ for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SitSee Travel LLC™, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the website or any SitSee Travel LLC™ product; (b) your travel or any travel-related decision; (c) your violation of these terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party right.

15. Governing Law, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver

These disclaimers and any dispute arising from your use of this website or SitSee Travel LLC™ products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these disclaimers, the website, or any SitSee Travel LLC™ product (a "Dispute") shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration shall take place in or remotely from the State of North Carolina. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

YOU AND SITSEE TRAVEL™ AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims or preside over any form of representative or class proceeding. You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court in their county of residence for any qualifying Dispute.

If for any reason the arbitration or class-action waiver above is found unenforceable, any Dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

16. Severability

If any provision of these disclaimers is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Changes to These Disclaimers

SitSee Travel LLC™ reserves the right to update, modify, or change these disclaimers at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be posted on this website with an updated "Last updated" date.
