2. No Responsibility for Bookings or Changes

SitSee Travel® is not responsible for any changes, cancellations, closures, delays, or disruptions affecting your travel, including but not limited to those caused by:

·       Hotel changes, closures, or overbookings

·       Tour cancellations, modifications, or availability

·       Transportation disruptions

·       Restaurant closures, menu changes, or reservation issues

·       Political events, civil unrest, or government action

·       Public health issues, pandemics, or travel advisories

Step counts, walking distances, terrain descriptions, accessibility features, elevator availability, seating availability, restroom availability, and physical demands described in our itineraries are estimates based on the best information available at the time of writing. Actual conditions may differ and may change without notice.

Travelers with specific mobility limitations, accessibility needs, chronic health conditions, recent surgeries, pregnancy, or any other physical or medical concerns should:

Nothing on this website or in our products constitutes medical, health, legal, financial, insurance, or other professional advice. Always consult appropriate licensed professionals regarding your personal health, mobility, travel insurance, visa requirements, or other professional matters.

7. Travel with Minors

Itineraries marketed under "Kid Mode" or otherwise referencing children are designed as general suggestions. Adults traveling with minors are solely responsible for the safety, supervision, suitability, and welfare of any minor in their care at all times. SitSee Travel® is not responsible for any incident, injury, or harm involving minors.

8. Affiliate and Recommendation Disclosure

SitSee Travel® frequently recommends specific airline and hotel partners (including but not limited to American Airlines and Hilton-owned hotels) for traveler convenience. SitSee Travel® may receive a commission, referral fee, or other compensation when you make a purchase through certain links or recommendations on this website, at no additional cost to you. This compensation does not influence our editorial decisions; we recommend products and services we believe align with our mission of thoughtfully paced travel. Not Bootcamp." slogan, and the SitSee Travel® name and mark — is the property of SitSee Travel® and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

When you purchase a SitSee Travel® product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for your own personal travel planning. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly post, sublicense, or create derivative works from any SitSee Travel® content without our prior written permission.

11. All Sales Final — No Refunds or Exchanges

All SitSee Travel® products are digital products sold and delivered through our third-party storefront, Payhip, with card payments processed by Stripe. Products are delivered immediately upon purchase. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, credits, or returns for any reason, including but not limited to: trip cancellation, change of plans, dissatisfaction with content, travel disruptions, or any third-party experience referenced in an itinerary.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SitSee Travel® and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of this website, our products, or any travel undertaken in connection with our content. This includes, without limitation, damages for personal injury, property damage, lost profits, lost data, lost wages, lost vacation costs, or emotional distress.

In no event shall SitSee Travel®'s total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to a SitSee Travel® product or service exceed the greater of (a) the amount you actually paid to SitSee Travel® for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SitSee Travel®, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the website or any SitSee Travel® product; (b) your travel or any travel-related decision; (c) your violation of these terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party right.

14. Governing Law, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver

These disclaimers and any dispute arising from your use of this website or SitSee Travel® products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these disclaimers, the website, or any SitSee Travel® product (a "Dispute") shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration shall take place in or remotely from the State of North Carolina. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

YOU AND SITSEE TRAVEL® AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims or preside over any form of representative or class proceeding. You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court in their county of residence for any qualifying Dispute.

If for any reason the arbitration or class-action waiver above is found unenforceable, any Dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

15. Severability

If any provision of these disclaimers is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Changes to These Disclaimers

SitSee Travel® reserves the right to update, modify, or change these disclaimers at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be posted on this website with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the website or our products following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised disclaimers.

By using this website and any associated products, itineraries, recommendations, or services, you acknowledge that you do so entirely at your own risk. You alone are responsible for your own safety and the safety of those traveling with you. Do not follow any recommended activity from SitSee Travel® if you feel unsafe or if conditions are not as expected or described.
